Hans He joined Ryder in December 2024 as Vice President of Operational Excellence.
Hans has held key manufacturing operational positions at many multinational companies, including Seagate, Newport, Donaldson and Rockwell. He brings with him over 20 years of experience of delivering Operational Excellence, designing manufacturing systems and implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma for digital transformation, automation, process and quality engineering.
Hans He has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai University of Science and Technology, and an MBA from Ballarat University in Australia. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
